VESMIS Secretariat is managed by the Italian company E.V. Soc. Cons. a r.l. specialized in the organization of Veterinary Medicine events and conferences.

The management of the members’ registration fees, of the on-line registrations and the data collection are made through EGO system enabling the access to online registration, books e-shop, abstract submission center and more.
